It's here! A workshop on cash transfers and other social safety net programs at @econuoft with the @fos_lab. Have some new results to share and looking forward to learning from others. Such a great community.
Are you coming to Toronto for the SOLE/EALE/AASLE joint meeting?. Then you might be interested in a one-day workshop on cash transfers and other social safety net programs held at @UofT the day before. 1/ #SOLE2025 #econtwitter @econuoft.

Suppose that in the future newer models were used, with non-fake citations. You can always find at least one study that supports whatever wacky view. Heck, you could have AI design a bad study to cite. We're going to need new ways of evaluating and constraining bad takes.
It is likely that the MAHA report was created at least partly using (older) LLM models, prompted to create a report that supports the authors' arguments and backed up with cited work. As is typical of (older) models, citations will be made up/misrepresented. Incredible.
