Rereading this to prepare for the film. Thinking how one would turn this into a movie is really challenging, fascinating. I can’t wait to see what Nolan does.

This is an amazing interview. The insights into Kubrick’s method, the calling out of the stupid myths, and great stories throughout, this was one of the highlights of my year. Thank you, @Nick_Newman
Rarely consider myself luckier to interview people than I am with Nigel Galt, who spent three years editing Eyes Wide Shut with Stanley Kubrick and answered every question I had about making one of the greatest films ever: https://t.co/2yi9x9tJAe

The issue is that many of the companies funding films and many distributing films only care about providing mindless "content." And that is easy to automate using AI. So, it will get worse. @TeamCoco
Werner Herzog has slammed the use of AI in new cinematic releases, saying that films that make use of the technology “look completely dead.” “There are stories, but they have no soul. They are empty and soulless.” Amen to that!

There are so many incredible actors out there fighting for a chance to be seen. Using Al instead of real people is wrong on so many levels. I really don't like this at all.
