M has been cutting a lot of onions the last few days. We are all heartbroken and truly been given a lot of perspective the last week. 3 of our HIMs led a tremendous BD to honor Abe. Thankful for the men of F3.

17 Pax for the planting of the shovels at Bleach a ruck + sandbag AO serving the Pax in SE Boise. AO Q Canuck (GTE Grizzly Alum) took the Pax on a ruck to the bleachers for a rotating Tabata BD. Heavy things were carried. @PaxPics

10 PAX got made better with an Arson Q this morning. BUT... it was especially good bcs it was our Nantan's, @hayzerj 100th @F3Boise post. He prolly Q'ed the first 30 workouts since we started in Jan. when he brought @F3Nation to Boise. And he makes us jump in all the water.
