Grocery stores keep high frequency products like milk & bread deep inside the store so they can use them to cross sell other things while you locate milk & bread. Banks took their high frequency product : ATM and kept it outside the branch. I wonder if it was a bad decision.

Got tired of typing in the phone and otp to book a vaccine appt, wrote a chrome devtools snippet that fetches and fills the otp from the iphone. Current status: dont care about the vaccine any more, just so impressed about how well the automation works, moving on 🤷♂️
