Chandler: That’s weird. I don’t think my boss likes me either. Monica: I don’t think mine likes me either. Ross: Maybe it’s a universal thing? Joey: Or maybe, it’s because you’re hanging around here at 11:30 on a Wednesday.

No idea how the Jays are going to utilize Bo Bichette vs L.A. but this I know: With Andres Gimenez at short, Toronto’s infield defence has been fantastic. And will be vital against the Dodgers. Would hate to see that change because someone’s feelings would be hurt.

Good day @MarkJCarney, our hospitals, which you pay for w our taxes, are running deficits while private clinics make profits, which you pay for w our taxes. Please make this STOP.

This is the ad in question. Premier Ford has been touting it in recent weeks, mentioning in a recent speech that it was his idea. The ad costs Ontario taxpayers $75 million, not the $75,000 that Trump indicated.
NEW - Here is the television ad that Premier Ford says his government has spent $75 million taxpayer dollars on. It features a Ronald Reagan 1987 radio address about the perils of tariffs and rejecting protectionism. It will air on most major US television networks.

57 new private clinics in ON will take more than 100,000 diagnostic tests out of public hospitals- along with funding and staffing, with plans to expand to surgeries. Doug is essentially building private day hospitals, shifting hundreds of millions in public funding over to them.

Only in Ontario do we re-elect the guy who causes the problems, scraps the solutions, and then rebrands fixing his own mess as fighting for the people…
#BREAKING Premier Ford says he’s considering legislation to cap resale ticket prices, as Blue Jays prices skyrocket. It was his government that scrapped anti-scalping law in 2018.

NEW: Premier Doug Ford says his government is looking at potentially reviving anti-scalping legislation (killed by the PC government in 2018) over skyrocketing Blue Jays tickets. #onpoli

Fun fact: Ontario had anti-scalping laws before Doug Ford
1993 tickets to the 100 level for the World Series cost 67 dollars and accounting for inflation 152 dollars today. 2025 a tickets to the 200 level is 11,000 plus tax If this isn’t a reflection of the greed we allow to happen today. We need ticket price regulations

Oh, for shit's sake. Appalled to hear through the grapevine that @fordnation has struck a "working group" to "study" the issue of crowding and ER wait times. It's been studied to death. Time for action, not more political theatre.

In September alone, Ontario lost 47,000 jobs. But instead of creating an actual plan for jobs (we have none!) or addressing the corruption of the Skills Development Fund (now a slush fund for insiders!), they're spending $75 million of your tax dollars on vanity ads.
It’s official: Ontario’s new advertising campaign in the U.S. has launched. Using every tool we have, we’ll never stop making the case against American tariffs on Canada. The way to prosperity is by working together. Watch our new ad.
