More than 80% of the Palestinians in Gaza are refugees, their families having been forced from their homes in what is now Israel during in 1948. Why should they be forced to move to foreign countries rather than allowed to return to their ancestral homes?

@larrysandler @DanRShafer Just read the entire article - very well done. Sorry I didn't cite you for the portion I quoted. Czarneski's memory was faulty in this one paragraph, however. The judges took the GOP map for MKE area and the DEM map for much of outstate (and in some places drew their own).
