When are we going to look in the mirror and realize that the systems and rules we put in to place to catch financial crime don't really work?! They hurt waaay more innocent people than they protect. Broken.

Bittersweet. @rstormsf keep your chin up and consider today a win. While there were flaws with TC that were exploited by bad actors, what it stood for is paramount. Many of us around the world that are behind you and are hopeful your charge will be dismissed or won on appeal. ✊.

Good discussion on the price discovery and distribution. Totally agree with @joemccann and @hosseeb here. This was always one of the issues with the original ICOs and why public market IPOs have always been hard to peg. Decentralized global markets = better price discovery.

Perfect summary of US stablecoins and the Genius Act. It’s incredible how many people (including those in regulatory roles) don’t understand bank and MMF risk.
I am becoming convinced the people at the previous SEC under the Biden administration are essentially the Alex Jones' of financial regulation. It's all insane disconnected sound bits and deranged theories that collapse upon investigation. I'm just waiting for someone from that.
