Releasing accusations to the world without hearing from the accused isn’t justice. It’s reputational punishment without due process. A boilerplate “presumed innocent” disclaimer doesn’t fix that. I’ve outlined practical changes the justice system urgently needs to address this

Government still making the same mistakes. Samourai Wallet prosecution more of the same vague "fraud in the air" injustice. Meanwhile, a whole set of bad actors has free reign over our financial system. 2 tiered justice. @leamuirleyn @keonne . Pardon needed at a minimum.
I hope @GaryGensler and @SECGov learns from its #Libor mistakes when it investigates #Crypto world. Make sure you mix in some market professionals to get the facts right. Don't let a bunch of lawyers that can't find their own arses run the show. Thanks for listening.

From the looks of it, Amazon used the FBI and DOJ to work as its outlaw law firm. Prosecutors coerced guilty pleas of at least two innocent people. After a judge stepped it, DOJ vacated the pleas. This is extremely sketchy stuff.
