It’s so nice to be back at school — a place where we search for the truth, not the advantage.

I’m pretty sure that about half of the students on last year’s APUSH test got a 3 or higher. And I’m also pretty sure that’s been fairly standard. But this year’s results say 72% did? Can anyone help me understand how such a big leap happened?

A1) Some of my history Ss seem to feel that there isn't really truth, just people's opinions. I work hard to disabuse them of that. We do talk about how historians interpret sources to construct narratives of the past but that doesn't mean there aren't facts. #engsschat
