Viktor #Orbán sued half a dozen #Hungarian news outlets for picking up foreign reports that Austrian retailer Spar was taking money out of 🇭🇺, amid fears of a takeover attempt by businessmen close to the government. Orban doesn't usually sue anyone, so this is quire exceptional.

The decision to exclude Hungarian universities operating as public trust foundations from the Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe programs was made by the Council (aka. member states), not the European Commission.
Minister Gulyás: If negotiations do not prove fruitful, HU will finance Erasmus programs for next year. Brussels' actions are unacceptable and HU is willing to take the case to the European Court of Justice.
