Nebrasketball Projected Tourney Sites Thread (1/8) As you all likely already know, the top 4 seeds in each region of the NCAA tournament bracket are "protected" seeds, meaning the NCAA tries to put that team in the closest First Round Site to that respective team's campus.

So to help Nebraska fans get to OKC ... obviously #Huskers need to keep rolling and taking care of business. But we're also rooting hard against those with both OKC and STL as their 1st/2nd site ... e.g. Iowa State, Houston, Texas Tech, Kansas, Arkansas, etc. (3/4)

Just a snapshot in time ... but here are teams ranked on average of AP/NET/Bracket Matrix ... and each of their first two "preferred closest" sites. Only two "top seeds" would play in OKC ... so based on today ... the "OKC cutline" would be ~12-13 ranking ... so ~ a 3-seed. (2/4)
