If having fun is always your goal, you’re gonna live a vapid & miserable life, perpetually focused on childish goals . Self-sufficiency, intellect, curiosity, critical thinking, .comprehension & communication skills—those are what create a productive & meaningful existence.

ngl im looking forward to the day when i can hire an entry level coder for the same price as a top quality humanities phd. next year maybe?.
I am genuinely amazed at how quickly computer science has gone from being the generic major on campuses to something that pretty much no incoming student has any interest in majoring in.
