I was thinking the collapse of INPS/Vision would be getting more headlines. Potential total loss of most patient health records in Scotland once contracts run out? Let’s hope that’s worst case. Cue people reminding us it was much better before computer records !.

Hi @vaillantuk. Newish Vaillant heat pump valve broken. Broken part identifiable in pic. Engineer may or may not have part with him Monday. If not second visit. Both GP's with 50 people booked appts Monday but we'll be told Sunday night when engineer is coming. Helpline no help?
