It’s so weird that masks are no longer required in the hospital for everyone. Not sure they do much but a strange sight that I was not sure I would ever see again.

Help me with this one. If you test positive for COVID-19 and don’t quarantine and infect others there is no penalty but if you drive “intoxicated”you are incarcerated because you are a danger to the public. Does this make sense?.
