Boundaries are a frequent topic of discussion in supervision sessions and I am a huge fan of saying a clear 'no'. Overexplaining or justifying opens the door for people to try and change your mind.
I have very clear #boundaries for different parts of my life and I'm completely unapologetic about this. I think this is why I often get asked how I go about this. I thought I'd share 6 boundaries I think it's important to have at work along with 4 of my top tips #WorkLifeBalance

This comes up in supervision on a regular basis. supervisees struggling to say 'no' to work, even when they are burnt out and exhausted.
If you have a problem saying no to others…. You have a problem saying.Yes to yourself. ✨.
