Combo therapy for hemostasis has traditionally been epi inj +bipolar cautery. I advocate for thermal+mechanical as the 2 most durable. If an adherent clot is seen, why not grasp and use soft coagulation using a $20 biopsy forceps? Save $ and place a clip atop. #GITwitter
