Not 1 person apologised for missing me out 3 times and just kept getting told “we are just waiting on chips” (my son got his 10 minutes before me just to illustrate how many batches I was missed for) so so poor and it needs looking at urgently

There were none ready at start of half time which was really poor, they didn’t serve anyone in between not waiting for chips, they had no chilli or cheese sauce either. There must have been 40 people behind me just gave up and walked away

I’ve seen much bigger queues in south stand and got served in plenty of time….not sure what went wrong with that kiosk but it really needs addressing…any new fans could’ve been put off by that experience

So @YorkshireWater services have gotten worse. We have totally lost supply more than once in the past year. We now only drink bottled water due to the poor quality yet our bill has gone up £25…a 32% increase. @Keir_Starmer is this ok???

And what happened to protecting and not punishing families that have reduced their usage @ofgem clearly s9 long as profits are massive general welfare of customers is immaterial….my kids have been cold at Xmas for THIS??????
