Noticing lots on #wellbeing mostly focussing on individual factors-You cannot ‘mindset’ or meditate your way out of what constitutes organisational injustice Sort out organisational factors in parallel- Food office locker job security rota reflection time team time etc #maslow.

Increasingly hospital (and acute medicine in particular is where frail older people whose home situations aren’t resourced end up and these are hard to sort TBH I wonder if prioritising resources to get these home reinforces the pathway of admitting them in the first place .
This article is infuriating. “Typically, hospital consultants are not rostered for work at weekends…” Consultants ARE rostered at weekends - most teams already employ a 7-day working week. I’m at work right now!.
