Let's assume that you always thought an "indefinite strike" is an extreme position, UCUers. Understandable. You have just been docked 50 to 100 percent pay over months for about 5% of you work. You have been docked as if taking part in an indefinite strike, without doing so.

Students have been let down by university leaders. Employers have had every opportunity to resolve this dispute but have refused. We are in this situation because of their inaction. #ucuRISING

Staff have suffered a 25% pay decrease since 2009. Students are being taught by people who are chronically overworked and often taught by people on insecure contracts. UCEA have not budged on any of these issues. #ucuRISING
