GP practice receptionists are the glue that holds it all together. You do an incredibly difficult and skilled job under challenging circumstances. You are not appreciated or rewarded half as much as you should be. This feels inadequate but I just want to say thank you!.
So yesterday as “only a receptionist” in #TeamGP I received a call from a concerned mum regarding her young baby I identified red flags spoke to Oncall and got baby seen and baby needed admitting.

Hi @KHayhoe! I love this 8 point infographic. As a GP and founder of @GreenerPractice to me, impact of climate solutions improves health through improving the determinants of health. Is there something with more engaging visuals to use with patients and public?.
And finally: while climate change slows economic growth, climate action presents a host of opportunities. Our end goal is not to fix climate change: it's the hurdle we must overcome on our journey forward to a better world. The solutions are here . so what are we waiting for?
