i am so tired of both people posting AI without being upfront about it and also of me not being able to notice it right away because the ever-expanding training data allows AI to mimic more styles. at this point i'm just going to start redrawing these on sight out of principle.

none of this sounds grounded in reality. if it's at the point that AI can replace junior developers, then junior developers don't ever gain industry experience, and you end up in a situation where at best you'd have jobs that can't be filled due to a lack of qualified workers.

again, i think people need to be mindful of what they're accusing others of and if it's worth the fallout if their accusations happen to be wrong. as an artist who has had a tumultuous relationship with art, you can end up convincing someone to walk away from art altogether.

there's also another side to this too where non-diverse works can throw out any kind of gross content and no one says a word, but diverse works face purity tests and are harshly judged even if it's true to the creator's experiences. there's just no winning.

to me, if you're concerned, the proper channel is to ask the artist themselves, *not* to use your assumptions as a cudgel and put them on blast in front of everyone. you have a right to be upset about artists or companies cutting corners, but make sure you have proof first.
