Yes! Let’s strive to build this culture where our behaviors as adults match the words on our walls. And when they don’t (we are all vulnerable) rather than have our initial reaction be to judge or punish, let’s take time to understand what is causing the behavior and then work

Adults in schools, Find five kids today & tell them this: "I'm so glad your here today because..." Leaders, do the same with 5 teachers. Every single person in school bring something special to it. And we should make sure each one knows. Repeat this process often.
