The mainland ice caves at Apostle Islands National Lakeshore will open Monday(2/16) at 8:30 am — for the first time since 2015. This rare Lake Superior experience requires preparation. Expect a 2–6 mile winter hike over uneven ice. No parking at Meyers Beach — shuttles required.

I gave these kids a 25# box of @mmschocolate for Trick Or Treat. Because they were very polite. And strong enough to carry it. They were like “Wow!” I believe a lifetime memory. 🙂🙂🙂
