Flew from LHR to JFK yesterday and want to commend @AmericanAir staff Shelley Soor and Jack Rickards who went out of their way to ensure a happy reunion for travellers at Heathrow! Plus passport control at JFK took 2 minutes. Not been to NY since 2019 and this is a great start!
