Recently been applying for jobs and scrolled down the thread of an email from a recruiter and shocked to see how bad it looks not having recommendations. Any recruiters or people with experience provide advice on this? Do recommendations matter?

That’s how some officers are informed if they make the cut for sub unit command or not
