@malcolmconn Who cares? Most came to SA because they were unwanted by their home states. The real story is how so many rejected players rebuilt their confidence and belief within the SACA system and are now Sheffield Shield champions. And they are now on the radar of national selectors

I am backing two really sensible calls from the National Road Freighters Association & the TWU to make sure essential goods transported on our roads keeps getting to where it needs to go, despite the current crisis. - immediately refunding 3 month's worth of road user tax

One positive from the fuel crisis. They’re freaking out on the Airbnb Facebook groups with heaps of people canceling up and down the east coast due to travel costs. Hopefully many of them bite the bullet and put in long term tenants which would really help the rental market.

If he wasn’t already Alex Carey is one of the most respected Cricketers to ever play the game .. Just the ultimate pro who loves going back to play for SA and always delivers .. If you can find a few Carey style attitudes you will have the strongest culture a team will ever have

@pauliec80859931 LNP were in Government 2013-2022, (the people that BLOCKED Net Zero) were also the ones that CLOSED: - 5 of 7 Oil refineries (7 major refineries in 2012 -> 2 in 2023) - ONE-THIRD of Australia’s coal-fired power stations - Energy Replacement Policies - Nil Nuclear?

At a franchise dominated time, Alex Carey and Scott Boland putting their bodies on the line for their states on the last weekend in March is to be lauded. And Cricket Australia must ensure the Sheffield Shield is protected in the game’s brave new world. https://t.co/mLhoi1t5dw

Please pray for my 17-year-old son. He was forced to unload and load the dishwasher. He used some disrespectful words so mama turned off the internet that ended up crashing the game he was in the middle of playing. He might not recover. 😬

What an absolute boss David Pocock is. He has no real power as an independent in the senate where his vote doesn’t even count as Labor can rely on the greens to pass bills but he’s so popular on social media he’s pushed the government to finally hopefully tax the gas industry.

Jess Wilson endorsed Moira Deeming going as far as calling preselectors to pressure them to back her. She failed! A big defeat for the Liberal opposition leader who plans to roll back LGBTQIA+ rights, cancel Treaty, and gut climate action initiatives #auspol

@monkandrew1 @NickB3434 @NatedawgO7 As you know Nick is talking bollocks. I am an electrician; I also install EV chargers. Most people have the capability on existing supply for a 7kW charger. If not 15a (3.6kW) is very doable. Worst case 8a is fine for most people doing under 100k/day.

Liberals are on a losing ticket if they go hard against EV’s. Just went to the Kia dealership to look at the EV5 for my wife’s work under novated lease. The manager said 3 months ago 1-2 out of 15 people coming in would ask about EVs to buy. Now it’s 13/15 The transition

The closure of ExxonMobil oil refinery at Altona is devastating news for hundreds of local workers and for the future of Australia’s fuel security. It’s further proof that the Government has no plan for the workers or industry affected by these decisions.
