I'm in Sydney as a panellist for the joint NSW-SA Social Media Summit where I'm advocating fiercely for the protection of children online. Doing nothing to protect children in the digital age is not an option. Watch the Day 1 livestream here:

Thanks to Dai Le MP for inviting me to the Fowler NDIS Forum in Fairfield today. It was great to hear from the local community, learn personal experiences and answer questions on some of the upcoming changes to the Scheme.

Yesterday we announced a further $5 million from the Federal Government to complete Stage 2 of this revitalisation, extending to the end of Lebanon Reserve. This project is improving drainage, water quality and the amenity of the creek for the local community to enjoy. 2/2

Back in 2022, we committed to returning the Moonee Ponds Creek into a natural Melbourne icon. Works to remove sections of concrete drain in the creek along its course south of Strathmore has already been completed. 1/2

Helping Hands opened a brand new Community Pantry in Airport West today. It's excellent to see a local organisation like this supporting our most vulnerable members of the local community, feeding about 3000 people each week. 1/2

Lots of excitement at the airport this morning as our Paralympians touched down in Sydney. Family and friends gathered to embrace their loved ones and celebrate the incredible victories achieved at the Paralympics in Paris over the last 2 weeks. 1/3

Vision Australia train these gorgeous pups to match with Aussies who are blind or have low vision, to help them live with more independence, choice and control. It's exciting to think that these adorable puppies are yet to meet their person, whose world they will change. 2/2

These games are a world stage for our elite athletes to shine upon and our younger generation look up to these athletes as role models. Congratulations to our Paralympians for giving these games their all. We look forward to welcoming you home. 3/3 📸 @AUSParalympics

An extraordinary Paralympics games have come to an end - but let the celebrations continue! Australia finished ninth overall, with 18 gold, 17 silver and 28 bronze. Our Para-athletes achieved remarkable feats of strength, speed and mobility and should be incredibly proud. 1/3
