I say 20 minimum, but I'd accept larger answers based on e.g. the idea that the printed lines have nonzero width so their inner and outer perimeters are distinct, or that there's a triangle in the counter of the letter 'A' in 'TRIANGLES'.

Judging by the sample of super-wealthy people I've met, I don't think this is true. Luxury cars are a minority taste in all wealth brackets, so there's nothing strange about a billionaire driving a Camry, but likelihood of owning a fancy car only increases as wealth does.
