Apparently Oura ring has partnered with Palantir, led by Peter Thiel. They will have access to all of our health data including cycles. Who wants to bet that they'll use this to detect very early pregnancies & prosecute those who don't have their babies as expected?

I am no longer recommending Oura ring to my patients. It wasn't great before. It's a hazard now.

I can simplify: 1. Have a general diagnosis 2. Maybe find what makes that sensitive (nociplastic pain, psychosocial factors, too much too soon etc). Then calm shit down and build shit back up with a number of options that are tailored to the person in pain.
