Very underrated how accomplishing a few key things between 18-30, can really set you up for life. Contrary to popular belief, this does not require you to sacrifice every moment of your 20s like people want to say it does. It's about having strategy and actually doing it.

I’ll put it in terms you can understand. Teaching is the equivalent of being a boss to employees (students). You’re expected to make sure they perform at an extremely high level, but you have ZERO tools at your disposal to hold them accountable….
education should be run more like a business. pay scale based on results instead of seniority. light a fire under lazy teachers and reward ones really trying. they might even lobby to hold back kids who are currently being pushed to the next grade and falling further behind.
