I like Sonic Shorts even more because it really serves as a time capsule of how the fandom thought back then. You got SATAM Robotnik blowing up 4Kids because "no one likes Sonic X". It's really funny looking back there was a time 90's Sonic fans used to run shit lol.
Talks about Sonic X here so interesting bc even back THEN it was mixed lol. The animation, the 4kids cast and censorship, fans thought the first two seasons were just worse retellings of the games, niggas HATED Chris, etc. I shoot for this show but... its always been devisive.

"Go Slowly Now, Sands of Time" is quite unique in terms of Carl Barks stories. Not just because it was illustrated in storybook form and was made during his retirement but also in it's somber themes and melancholic mood. Focussing on scrooge struggle to accept his mortality.
