Nooo! Laxatives have chemicals that are habit forming and further dehydrate the colon causing more issues down the road. Colonics is just water going straight to the source of the issue

Yes. Our large intestine is as long as we are tall. So 5-6 feet. We should be clearing most of our descending colon when we poop and we don't. Usually only clearing what's in our sigmoid and a small portion of the descending

I'm not a medical doctor so what I will say is holistic healthcare is parallel with allopathic medicine which is where most of the sources are from online. So this is their teaching on colon health.

I strongly recommend colonics. But you gotta also address what is causing issues in your gut which is likely your diet. And consider cleaning up your diet as well. Colonics is a great way to cleanse and make changing your diet easier

Highly recommend. Big girls, just use Depends becuase they have bigger sizes that fit more comfortably and are just as effective.

Well we should be having a bowel movement 4-6 hours after our last meal. That's optimal transit time. So if we're not, it's just sitting in our gut then we eat our next meal so then it just accumulates. That's why we have 5-10 pounds worth of poop per every foot of colon.

Well, we'll never get all of the poop out because we still eat. But it's what we eat that determines how well it comes out. If our diets aren't the best then it's always gonna struggle. So colonics is a great way to clear the colon while cleaning up your diet
