Missed job security, no unemployment pay, no state funded pension structures all add to middle class stress. The biggest failure of govts & particularly BJP which counts urban middle class as their core vote bank in reimagining the life possible is a miss.

Pvt self funded structures are not customer friendly - expensive pvt schools, unreliable overly taxed health insurance, pvt vehicles even more taxed with loot level fuel taxes, back breaking infrastructure miss adding to costs,.

Lack of apparent growth, lack of social security structures like jobs of yore mean, one is constantly 2nd guessing requirements for future for self, kids & parents - a sandwich generation, under pressure. Govts have abdicated their role in education, health care, social security.
