Conviction at a sign doesn’t equate to salvation. Signs may draw attention or spark curiosity, pointing to the gospel, but doesn’t establish saving faith - only the gospel saves. Moh’s point stands: signs supplement, they don’t save.

Two extremes to avoid: "God has stopped healing" and "God is always healing."

This doesn't mean we shouldn't pray for healing or seek the best medical help God has provided, but that we should judge God faithful in whichever circumstance He chooses to glorify Himself, and to build our character.

This is also a variant of the prosperity gospel. It's a health and wealth gospel. Saying God is ALWAYS willing to heal means there is never a time He chooses not to heal. This contradicts Scriptural data (Paul's experience) which shows God can equally use sickness for His glory.

You know why I appreciated @Mohsule_ exposition, he said don’t learn to come and brag, learn to know more about God. Knowledge puffs up. Theology is to know God.
