Superb news Tom, landmark change in practice looming. A proper personalised oncology approach for our bladder cancer patients. Look forward to the read out.
In the future we won’t rely on pathology at surgery +/- luck to select patients for adjuvant treatment across cancers. Instead, the identification of residual disease by ctDNA/other biomarkers will be used. These data are a step towards that goal IMO.

Very wonderful patient of mine few weeks post-robotic prostatectomy brought me in this homemade grappa, in a Grolsch bottle, made in his own distillery, “about 42% proof”! Not sure what the emblem is?! “Best drink it neat, just before lunch”, he says. Poll follows
