I commend the High School League on their decisions today. There is no way they could please everyone & they did what they thought was right. We don’t have to agree with them, but they allowed all kids the chance to play this year. This is about the kids! Let’s stay positive!

I can’t explain in words what this guy has meant to me and the Perham Basketball Program the past 28 years. He truly exemplifies character, loyalty, and positive leadership. His teams won over 500 games. He has decided to step down and spend more time with his family. Great man!

Congrats to the 18-19 Jackets as they finished 4th at this year’s State Tourney. They finished with an overall record of 30-3 & the only losses of the year came to the top 3 finishers in the state tourney. Proud of this group. See what the future brings for the Jacket program.

Jackets traveled to Duluth for the UMD Sweet Sixteen Tourney. Jackets opened up with a good Win over Rock Ridge, defeated Duluth Denfeld in 2nd round, defeated a good Hermantown team in the semis, & defeated an excellent Esko team in 3OTs to win the championship. Great day!

This year’s Jackets made quite a run at the end of the season. They helped the program reach the state tournament for the 5th time since 2011. It was a fun ride with this group and especially happy for our 6 seniors. Thanks to everyone! The support we received was amazing!
