#NDSUSeasonOpenerCountdown: #44 (x4): A day after winning the Walter Payton Award, Trey Lance put on a show in the 2020 FCS Title Game. With the Bison leading 21-13 in the 4th quarter, Lance scampers 44 yards for a touchdown to go up two scores. The play came on 3rd and 23.

#NDSUSeasonOpenerCountdown: #45 (x3): John Crockett had a monster playoff performance against Coastal Carolina in the 2014 quarterfinals. Crockett ran for 227 yards and two touchdowns, this 45-yard run gave the Bison a 39-32 lead as they would knock off the Chanticleers.
