Big fan of @The_RHS , but when I order a few things together to optimise delivery, it only really works if you deliver it all together (or at least the same day). Also, sending 20 litres of compost in a 105 litre box makes a mockery of sustainability.

This makes it sound like Labour's change to Winter Fuel Payments is costing Arthur Bowling £500 a month. And yet the payment is only worth £200 a year. Surely he's £16.66 a month worse off. Or am I missing something?
