As of today I have lost a total of 162lbs (73.5kg) since March of 2018. I have a lot more work to do, but every lb makes my quality of life better. That's all the motivation I need to continue. Don't ever tell yourself you are beyond saving, life is always worth fighting for!.

This is all happening on a chemical level and it effects everyone differently. Some people naturally handle high stress very well, others can barely function. The combat breathing technique is something that anyone can do to lessen or even dismiss FoFr symptoms entirely. 4/9.
