It isnt just beautiful sun sets and sitting in a circle eating cake talking to about how nice the weather is in competitive sports. You can look everywhere. MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL and football just to name a few. It is harsh. It should be harsh if needed.

The timing isnt the best, but sometimes you cant wait until the perfect timing if its urgent. In my opinion it looked very urgent and if it was boiling inside coach and players it is the right time.

BOROS took it like a champ and actually seemed like he understood the point, eventhough almost everyone would have been mad/sad or even started pointing fingers somewhere else. I enjoyed the real uncut video because it just shows that its not for fun.

I fully agree that it shouldnt have been taking turns on a player saying the same shit to one person, but I believe the reasoning of the talk had good intentions but the ball started rolling and it took a wrong turn.

It is extremely underrated in a team, being able to actually say these things and also dare to say them to eachother. It's very common that there is talks behind teammates backs. Me as a player I would rather have it like this. The harsh truth is helpful if you want it to be.

I don't know why there is so much talk about this Falcons teammeeting. It's very useful to actually empty your backpack once in a while. Ofcourse there's a fine line between bashing and just telling the harsh truth. It's only bits we get to see as viewers on a youtube channel.
