@UoN_SHS Close the doors if you can, switch off notifications on your phone (absolutely vital) and use the sleep button on your computer… all work for me but the most important thing is having to support of colleagues at all levels to do those things ❤️

@UoN_SHS "Walk to work" at the start of the day, then "walk home" at the end - even if you only walk around the block a couple of times, it helps bookend the working day. Plus it's a bit of exercise and fresh air, which can only be good!

URGENT. Anyone in the LD community or any Covid Drs know how we can get oxygen into my sister. We cannot sedate her enough to get nasal cannula/cpap mask on her & I can’t believe she’s the only Learning disabled person to not tolerate masks. Or maybe she is??

@jowhiley⁩ Just devastating. It’s not just that many people with learning disabilities are missing from the priority list. Even some people who are on the list (like Frances in group 4) are still waiting. Why??

Well said Richard! What an important piece. What happened to Jo Whiley's sister Frances (or rather, what didn't happen - no vaccine) is just dreadful and beyond comprehension @jowhiley Well done @BBCNews and @FoxNikkiFox for keeping this on the agenda
