Buck v. Bell has been "good law" for 94 years, 8 months, 9 days. Would somebody please explain to me like I'm 5 how the Supreme Court can both: - Not have struck it down explicitly at any point since, and - Still have the tiniest scrap of legitimacy?

I've been watching videos of war crimes committed by US and allied forces as long as I've been alive - literally since the "Highway of Death" in Iraq in 1991, and daily since 2023 - and have yet to see a single one result in any consequences for the leaders who ordered them.
Secretary of War Crimes Hegseth says he won’t publicly release the boat strike videos. Maybe that is because they show him ordering the murder of defenseless people? That would be a war crime. Release the videos.

I fear that’s the point. Of course his plan falls apart when real illness enters the story. He’s a eugenicist. They don’t want the sick, poor and disabled to survive. They see us as “useless eaters” and expect society won’t care if we fall by the wayside.
Vouchers don’t work when cancer treatment costs $200,000 a year. Trump’s plan only works for people who never get sick. No family can negotiate chemo or surgery bills. Trump’s plan collapses the moment real illness enters the story.
