@JasonYanowitz confidential transactions can be fully compliant with decentralized selective disclosure and avoiding full anonymity or ZK verification, same standard but more transparent version of the current standard in tradfi and big tech, it's perhaps more compliant according to GDPR, CCPA.

Fairblock.
Wouldn’t be surprised if 50% of onchain transactions are private in 5 years. Insto clearly wants this and privacy tech is now 10x better than a few years ago. Only thing preventing this (and it’s a big one) is that government is very anti complete privacy.
