Recording a presentation without an audience is really difficult. First task today was to re-record as yesterday I certainly wasn't looking at the camera enough. Much prefer to have real people listening and interacting. #MBA.

What I don’t get is. If you’re an academic, how is it possible to be sent reasonable adjustment plans and then refuse to implement them or say out loud “oh I’ve not read that” and not lose your job?.

Interesting article below re LGBTQ+ higher education staff. Slightly disappointed that largely excludes professional services staff but the recommendations apply to all - I wonder also how well Stonewall Workplace Equality Index addresses some of the concerns expressed.
