Glad to see John and Lorna recognised for the help they've given to Afghan women through the years.
"We dedicate this honour to all the brave women who remain in Afghanistan, or who left their homes and families to move abroad and continue their studies and careers. Their struggle continues and they are the real heroes of this story.”

The point is, when one has only poor short term data, one might be cautious about using it to build a long term model at all. This is repeating the same mistakes that has already damaged public health nutrition so much.
@bohdyone With the data we have, do you have a better model?.

This was the case for me. Most of the health issues I resolved with carnivore diets, I can reliably bring back with just vegetables.
Yes, that is a good point, however a high percentage of folks that achieve remission from disease by going on carnivore were already on “clean, whole food diets” which did not remit their diseases.

Food production is so critical for life, health and security. The UK government does appear to grossly underestimate the consequences of making farming so unappealing as a way of life. We’ll all pay more than what they squeeze in short term cash.
Rachel Reeves has completely ignored the consequences of this disastrous policy. This will place untold pressure on family businesses that although in many cases live on way less than the minimum wage, continue to put food on the table of the masses. #stopthefamilyfarmtax

LOL. Try taking away a bodybuilders ice cream and pizza one hour after stage day and there is something to be learned about whether their diet provides fat loss *and* satiety.
@richcollins If you're cutting to very low body fat levels, you'll be hungry no matter what. You'd just be *even hungrier* if you tried cutting while eating at McDonald's (that may be almost impossible). There's a reason why all body builders do it like this. It's because it works better.
