I am loving these young people at the Olympics, agreeing to share medals, cheering on their competition, knitting, pulling out if the time isn't right for them emotionally. They seem so sane? Look where an attitude of winning at all costs has got us. Time for change.

This is SO important. Let's normalise talking about our struggles. If you're feeling this way, you're definitely not alone - stop scrolling and feeling inadequate, and remember that. And if you're lonely and feel like talking or just sharing weird possum memes, I'm a DM away!
Something I don’t see discussed much is how isolating your early 20s can be. Coming out of education if you don’t have a large friend group or partner and moving back home or to a new place can be lonely. It’s hard to meet people, especially these last couple of years.
