Today marks goodbye to @Spotify. Having been a subscriber non-stop since 2007 (when it was still invite only!), the latest price increase combined with the lack of lossless audio (promised three years ago), I've made the jump to @TIDAL.

2) how come my own smart meter and/or Home Assistant setup correctly records all the 30 minute reads for the entire day for the day you say you have missing data?.

1) why is it that you then charge Flexible for that entire day instead of the one missing half -hour slot, surely you have the readings for the rest of the day to charge Agile rates correctly?.

Also having the same issues on another connection I look after 30 miles away from me, so seems widespread!.

Thank goodness for my failover 4G connection via @Ubiquiti this evening, @virginmedia appears to be having big problems for around 30 minutes now, in that time I’ve had 6 dropouts.
