1/ Paxlovid is a highly effective treatment for COVID if given within first 3-5 days of infection. So why are so few accessing it? https://t.co/KukXrT0bS8 We tend to focus more on pharma/tech innovations & less on how to distribute them.

7/ At the very least we should be trialing non-mRNA non-single protein intramuscular vaccines as our boosting regimen. A live attenuated virus offers the body a much more thorough view of the immune response that may prove hugely beneficial as a boost.

"The expectation that aging means decay is actually a major reason it so often does," writes @richardlea. "Chipping away at this deeply ingrained conviction has a measurable effect on health."

Constant messages that associate advancing age with decline and depression create a self-fulfilling prophecy. One that can be undone.

This is how to do it
Not enough people know: NYC is now offering *free, same-day home delivery* of paxlovid (new, effective anti-viral pill). If you test pos, especially if you're hi-risk, ask your doc about this treatment. If you don't have a doc call 212-COVID19. And for now we have good supply.
