As expected, I can confirm that H-1B transfers filed after September 21, 2025 are also being approved without the need to pay the $100,000 fee.
For those wondering, we have received approvals of H-1B extensions, as well as an H-1B amendment plus extension, filed after the H-1B proclamation took effect with no $100,000 fee being paid. I have a few transfers pending and will update once those are approved without the fee.
