You should double down on growing your audience. Ppl who like you will support you for a long long time. Jobs come and go, but ppl who follow you, will continue to do so.

I did. Started non tech business in a boring hard to scale niche. Never posted numbers to exaggerate. X/Twitter crowd doesn't like the real stuff tho. The crowd follows numbers like marketers who follow selfie pics of cool cars. Now coding a startup.

The most bizarre. It's like 1 + 1 = 3. Ppl have a hard time translating features to benefits. Can't say it's a f*cking pen. They need to be sold the benefits:

I haven't red readmake by levels but refactoring UI is the sexiest manual you read on the toilet or anywhere! Loads of nuggets. Every designer makes UI/ux sound so esoteric but the guy explains for the 5 year olds in us, broken down. 🤯

Ok. My new goal: get stuck @ 1,500 customers = ) and when I get there, perhaps Levels alrdy have the answer to break the plateau.
That's the benefit of learning from someone ahead of you. Kudos to those who had to carve it out from scratch.

All my projects usually get stuck at ~$50,000 @ ~1,500 customers
It's as if that's the organic reach ceiling
Not sure why though and no 99% of my conversions come from SEO not X

Pls don't sell an annual license if it doesn't work, and then leave your customer hanging for half a year of back and forth customer support with weeks to respond without showing effort whatsoever to resolve it.

I'm using PyAutoGUI.Screenshot(...) to grab screenshots of startups shared by their respective founders.
Then use Python PIL's crop_image(...) to crop and resize to 4:3
Manually, the task would've taken dozens of hours and flaring up my rsi.

You'd be surprised how many ppl want their meals delivered in person post-covid but then are slow to open the door. I've had to wait 10 minutes on some orders until I decided to leave it at the door after contacting support. "Just leave it" sounds amazing.
